Director Of Coaching – Aldo Gonzaga Neto
Aldo is a highly qualified and knowledgeable coach. Over the last 6 years, he has been working with our coaches to implement our Junior Development Plan. In 2025, he will continue to assist coaches with their training on training nights as well as continue his coaches assessments on game days, select players for the development squads, organise coaches workshops and identify coaches for further coaching development, among other duties. He is a valuable asset to the club and we look forward to another great season with him onboard.
In addition to his great work as our DOC, he will be running a number of skill camps and trainings throughout the year! Make sure you keep up to date by following him on social media @cabasoccer
Assistant Director of Coaching – Maxi
Maxi’s stepping into the ADOC role with a clear purpose: build strong foundations in our youngest players. He’s been on the pitch since he was a kid, and he knows firsthand how much the right coach can shape a child’s confidence and love for the game.
His plan for the Joeys and U6–U9s is simple: keep it fun, keep it energetic, and keep the focus on development through play. He wants kids walking away from every session feeling confident, coordinated, and eager to come back.
With years of senior football behind him, Maxi brings discipline, teamwork, and real football brains – but he’s also big on enjoying the process.
Ask him what matters most at this age? Confidence and fun. “If the kids walk off smiling and proud, that’s a win.”
